Our Story
We meet in April 2004 at Ski Beach in San Diego,CA. I (LaKemba) had decided to go with a friend to the bar-b-cue that was being held at Ski beach since I was not doing anything that day. After meeting that day, both Dwayne and I knew there was a connection. Unfortuntaley, the spark didn't happen until summer 2005 after I (Lakemba) returned from the Essence festival in New Orleans. The reason the sparks didn't happen was because Mr. Jenkinson felt that he needed to "EXPLORE" some more so he stop calling me. Well as independent as I'am I was okay with that. I moved on with my life and then he pops up over my house unexpected stating "I was in the neighborhood picking up a friend and I thought I would drop by" I stated back to him "My MAN is in the room". He didn't care he still welcomed himself right in. After that we began to talk and get to know each other again. Since then we have been together and have traveled twice to Jamaica, WI, New York and all over Southern Ca. On Dec. 29,2007 we will become one and pray together for longevity within our relationship and life together. I hope that each person will be able to enjoy this wonderful time with us and join us in Jamaica and the Grand Lido Resort in Negril, Jamaica.
